Additional functionality: Support for Windows XP desktops now includes the ability to lock out unauthorized applications. The process for updating the automatic recognition database for software applications is now simpler and faster.

Express Software Manager 6.2 is available today through Express Metrix and its international distribution network. Entry-level pricing for Express Software Manager 6.2 is $36, which includes a 20 percent first-year maintenance fee for future product upgrades, updates to the Express Knowledgebase, and ongoing access to the company's superior technical support. Existing Express Software Manager customers who have current maintenance agreements receive the upgrade to 6.2 at no charge.
