Express Metrix was founded in September 2000 by three former employees of WRQ (now Attachmate), a software company with an award-winning corporate culture that appeared consistently on the Forbes list of best companies to work for. The fundamental idea underlying WRQ’s celebrated atmosphere was to hire great employees and give them room to do their jobs. This philosophy served WRQ well, resulting in a turnover rate of less than ten percent — a measure of success few technology companies can claim.
