Our subscription license involves an annual fee that includes both license and maintenance cost. You will receive a product key (one-year minimum) for your subscription period, and a new key is issued for the next period when the subscription is renewed.Our perpetual license involves a one-time license fee and a year of maintenance (paid up front). Maintenance is renewed each year on the anniversary of the original purchase. If your maintenance expires, you can use the product in perpetuity but will no longer receive product upgrades, updates to the Express Software Identification Database (ESID), or technical support.
